Thermal camera for detecting abnormally hot or cold temperature zones.
NEW CONCEPT. The Tshooter TS1000 is easier to use than an infrared thermal imaging camera. Problematic areas are immediately displayed on the screen. The usage areas of thermal cameras are quite broad. In industrial applications, temperature measurement points include electrical installations, mechanical systems, process systems, and building structures.
Electrical problems such as unbalanced loads, wiring issues, systems overloaded due to excessive current, loose or corroded connections, problems with winding insulation in electric motors, and power quality issues can be analyzed using the Tshooter thermal camera.
The thermal camera is used in the analysis of mechanical problems, especially for rotating machines. The Tshooter TS1000 thermal camera is used in the analysis of mechanical issues such as friction problems, misalignment, bearing damage, lubrication problems, overloads, and imbalance issues.
Process problems, whether involving liquids or not, can be analyzed with the Tshooter TS1000 device. Problems such as refractory insulation failures, issues with broken or worn pipes, malfunctions in steam traps or valves, and heat flow irregularities can be analyzed as process problems using the TS1000.
The Tshooter TS1000 device can also be used in the analysis of structural problems such as insulation defects (improperly installed or missing), heat loss, air leaks or bypasses, issues related to HVAC installations, and leaks or moisture problems in embedded steam or water lines.
The TSHOOTER® TS1000 automatically analyzes all scene pixels, checks temperature values, and compares them to a reference (T° max or T° min).
Abnormal areas in the visible scene are displayed with color indicators including T° value information (Max and Average). It is automatic, easy to use, and easy to understand. The new thermal camera also vibrates to make analysis more engaging.
