Bora Refrigerated Air Dryer

Bora DHP refrigerated air dryers are designed for operating pressures up to 45 bar and can be used across a wide range of applications in various industries.

The hot gas bypass control ensures a stable dew point under varying load conditions. The electronic control system continuously monitors operating conditions within the refrigeration circuit using pressure and temperature sensors and reports any alarm conditions on the control display.

Both air-cooled and water-cooled versions are equipped with an automatic condensate drain system on the heat exchanger, ensuring safe condensate removal. The Bora series covers flow rates ranging from 2,400 to 6,000 m³/h (1,413 to 3,531 scfm).

Boreas Refrigerated Air Dryers

Boreas compressed air dryers are designed for operating pressures up to 14 bar / 203 psig and can be used across a wide range of applications in various industries.

Boreas dryers are available with hot gas bypass control or variable speed control. All Boreas dryers come in air-cooled or water-cooled versions and are equipped with an electronic level-controlled condensate drain system on the heat exchanger.

The Boreas series covers flow ranges from 1,260 to 21,000 m³/h.

Overview

Buran Refrigerated Vortex Compressed Air Dryer

The Buran series refrigerated compressed air dryers are suitable for flow rates up to 1,175 m³/h (692 scfm) and are available in both air-cooled and water-cooled versions.

The air-cooled version features an energy-saving control system with dew point regulation based on the refrigeration compressor, combined with temperature and pressure controls to provide an exceptionally stable dew point under all operating conditions and optimize power consumption proportional to the applied thermal load.

Both air-cooled and water-cooled versions are equipped with an electronic level-controlled condensate drain system on the heat exchanger, ensuring safe condensate removal without compressed air loss.
