Qwik-Pure stands out with its active operation. Unlike conventional oil-water separators, condensate is actively passed through the pre-filter and main filter by bursts of compressed air. This keeps the filter cartridge continuously filled with liquid, preventing drying out or formation of impermeable layers. Additionally, thanks to its hygienic design, users or service personnel do not come into contact with the contained substances. All captured materials remain safely within the filters, preventing contamination of nearby people or discharged condensate.

With integrated FRC control, Qwik-Pure reliably displays the remaining capacity of cartridges and automatically monitors when condensate needs to be passed through via compressed air bursts. In case of an issue, the system independently takes preventive action and triggers an alarm. In such cases, Qwik-Pure continues to operate like a traditional gravity separator.

Qwik-Pure systems use the same cartridges across all units, optimizing storage space and requiring stock of only one size in adequate quantities. The cartridges feature a user-friendly ergonomic design, for example, the inlet tube serves as a stable handle for transport and installation.
