The VPInstruments Hottap Drill is used to drill steel pipes with the help of a 1” fitting union valve connection. Branch connections can be taken from the live line up to 10 bar. The economy model is delivered in a gray case and includes everything needed for drilling.

Hot tap drill
The Hottap drill is a universal tool for installing your flow meter on any pressurized air system. It can create a hole and install your flow meter in just 30 minutes. With the live line drill bit and drill head, you can create a new installation point without reducing the pressure of your system.
Compared to low-cost electric line drills prone to jamming and breaking drill heads, our Hottap drill is safe and easy to use.
