Differential Pressure Method Wet Type Flow Meter

The VPFlowScope® DP is the ultimate measurement device developed for wet (saturated) compressed air and gas flow measurements. This differential pressure-based flow meter simultaneously measures bidirectional flow, pressure, temperature, and total flow.

Thanks to its special design, it allows direct measurement on the outlet line of any compressor operating under 100% saturated conditions. With the VPFlowScope DP, you can measure your compressor’s performance or efficiency. Additionally, you can clearly monitor each compressor’s contribution to the total compressed air system.

As an insertion-type flow meter, the VPFlowScope DP can measure pipes of various diameters with a single device. Its bright blue LCD screen provides real-time data instantly, and the integrated data logger enables recordings over specific intervals.

You can upload these recordings to your computer and analyze them using VPStudio software or connect them to your own SCADA system, generate reports, and identify detailed areas where energy savings are possible.
